Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily office operations, ensuring efficient administrative processes, and providing support to various departments. This role is pivotal in maintaining a productive work environment and requires strong communication skills, as well as proficiency in office management software.
Duties
Manage and supervise daily office activities to ensure smooth operations.
Serve as the primary point of contact for front desk inquiries, greeting visitors and managing communications.
Maintain accurate filing systems and ensure proper documentation is organized and accessible.
Assist with payroll processing and maintain employee records in compliance with human resources policies.
Utilize QuickBooks for financial record keeping and reporting.
Coordinate administrative support for various departments, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
Communicate effectively with team members and external partners to facilitate collaboration.
Perform clerical duties such as data entry, scheduling appointments, and managing correspondence.
Requirements
Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position.
Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead a team effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficiency in office software applications, including QuickBooks
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
