Job Description
The team & opportunity:
Downer Energy & Utilities provides end-to-end service solutions across Power, Gas, Telecommunications, Water and Wastewater, Metering Services, Power, Transmission and Renewable constructions.
We have a newly created opportunity for an Administrator/Office Assistant to join our dynamic team on the Southeast Water (SEW) contract based out of Dandenong South. You will play a pivotal role in our mission by assisting in the safe and efficient delivery of water/wastewater related projects and minor capital works.
Our Ideal Candidate
You will have experience in a similar role, foster a collaborative mindset, and maintain a positive attitude, all of which will empower you to excel in a large-scale project environment.
Prior experience in an administration role within a project environment is preferred.
Knowledge and experience using Work Management Systems to complete daily tasks.
Willingness to learn and take on new challenges to enhance current skillset.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work autonomously or within a team.
