Job Overview
We are seeking an Italian and English speaker dedicated and organised Office Clerk to join our administrative team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in maintaining smooth office operations by handling various clerical and administrative tasks. The Office Clerk will be responsible for supporting daily administrative functions, ensuring efficient communication, and maintaining accurate records.
Duties
Add daily social network post using product pics from store above office, check incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and packages
Perform data entry using programmes such as Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, and Google Workspace
Maintain organised filing systems both digitally and physically
Answer phone calls with professional etiquette and direct enquiries appropriately
Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars
Prepare reports, documents, and presentations as required
Support invoicing, billing, and other financial record keeping tasks
Ensure office supplies are stocked and order replacements when necessary
Collaborate with team members to improve administrative processes
Requirements
Proven office experience or clerical experience in a professional setting
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and QuickBooks
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Good typing speed and accuracy for data entry tasks
Demonstrated phone etiquette and communication skills
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities
Knowledge of basic administrative procedures and office management practices
