Office management - looking after and managing aspects of property administration like take charge of all ownership and statutory documents, all statutory payments like property tax, electricity, water, others statutory payments.
Managing outstation & vehicle arrangements, end to end coordination with travel desk for Ticket and hotel bookings. Monitoring of all maintenance, replacements, procurement and housekeeping at office.
Preparing and maintain budgets/ approvals Invoice / bill processing with proper approvals and in timely manner Handling meetings, external guests and employees at office.
