About the Role:
This role is an exciting opportunity for a candidate who is looking for a mixed position with great flexibility. The candidate must be well versed in Accounts payable and receivable, payroll and other administration requirements. It is the perfect position for someone with a keen eye for detail and has a range of office management with an accounts background.
Pay Rate: $28.85 to $35.00 per hour, based on work experience and skill
Location: Auckland
Job Type: Permanent
Key Responsibilities in this role:
Contributing to the planning and reviewing of processes and procedures of ordering, receiving and follow up of routine nature
Allocating and assigning hours to chefs and cooks, workspace and food equipment and tools.
Managing records and accounts of the office
Liaising with professionals to coordinate office business and to facilitate resolution of problems
Ensuring office equipment and supplies such as, electronic appliances, computers, printer’s fridges and freezers or working satisfactorily
Maintain the businesses website and social media sites.
Facilitate with third party services of site and food inspections as per the food and safety plans and complying with health and safety regulations.
Ensuring work complies with relevant government legislation, policies and procedures
Coordinating personnel activities such as recruiting and training, promotions, performance management, wages, and personal management and supervision.
Applicants with following attributes are preferred:
3 years releveant experience or in a similar field / and or relevant qualifications.
Excellent organisational, Planning and communication skills
Attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of Accuracy and Confidentiality
Knowledge in Microsoft Office and Excel
Some availability to work weekends, offsite and after office hours from time to time
