Responsibilities
Oversee daily office operations and manage administrative staff to ensure efficiency
Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve workflow
Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments for the management team
Manage office budgets, expenses, and resources effectively
Support staff recruitment, onboarding, and training processes
Monitor and maintain office supplies, equipment, and services

Prepare reports and presentations for management as required
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred
Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar leadership role
Strong understanding of office management procedures and best practices
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software
Ability to lead and motivate a team while managing various priorities
