Verifying of accounting of day to day sales/purchases, expenses, with respect to TDS, GST statutory payments, inter-company of Group companies
Reconciliation of GST credits on regular intervals, filing of GST return and Refund claims ,GST payments, Income tax of group companies, on monthly/quarterly/ yearly submissions of returns within prescribed time
Preparations of MIS and cash outflow analysis for statutory audits, cost audits, internal audits and any other accounts audits or verification by third parties or statutory authorities and completing within the prescribed period under company laws/income tax/VAT law
Assisting FIRC & BRC Documentation for incentives under FPS / MEIS, RODTEP, Assisting APR / QPR Report – Sales & Imports Statements required for APR / QPR, Consumption details, customs related reports
Management Information Systems
Preparations of variance analysis/budgetary controls
Preparations of cost centre/profit centre reports
Preparations of annual operating plans/budget
Maintaining compliance calendar of Group copmanies
Audits :
Organize the statutory, taxations, VAT and any other statutory reporting or audits
Ensure completions, payments and filings with Companies house, banks/FI and other authorities within prescribed time.
Tax computations/compliances
Validate Tax computations/ tax payments, tax filing of GST, Income tax of group companies, foreign subsidiaries/ foreign branches .
Filing of tax returns to authorities on monthly/quarterly/ yearly within prescribed time for India and foreign subsidiaries.
Liasioning
Communicate with cross functional team members/ respective external statutory departments
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary: ₹25,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
