Responsibilities
• Manage the administrative office for the corporate office, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and adherence to company policies.
• Oversee the management of regional offices, ensuring consistency in administrative processes and resource allocation.
• Handle vendor management effectively, including contract negotiations, quality assurance, and relationship building to ensure optimal service delivery.
• Conduct budget exercises, monitor expenditures, and ensure financial efficiency in administrative operations.
• Process bills and invoices using SAP and Ariba platforms, ensuring accuracy and timely payments.
• Coordinate travel management for employees, including bookings, itineraries, and expense tracking.
• Ensure the efficient utilization, maintenance, and upkeep of office facilities and equipment to support business needs.
• Act as a liaison between departments and vendors to support strategic goals and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
• Coordinate administrative projects, ensuring timely completion and alignment with business priorities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with service providers to ensure high-quality service delivery and compliance with contractual obligations

Qualifications

Required Qualifications & Experience
• 5 to 7 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably within the energy or infrastructure sector.
• Proven expertise in vendor management, travel coordination, and office operations.
• Hands-on experience with SAP and Ariba for invoice and bill processing.

Educational Background
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• A Master’s degree or certification in Office Administration or Facilities Management is preferred.
