We are looking for an experienced nurse who is passionate about promoting the health and well-being of older adults. You will have:
A minimum of five years working with older adults in a primary, community or secondary setting.
Experience with Older Persons Health and Rehabilitation.
Holds or is actively working towards a relevant Post-graduate Nursing Diploma.
