Onboarding Administrator / Recruitment Administrator (14618)

Full time position - 33 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
This is a secondment position for 9 months with a possibility of an extension to cover maternity leave.
Come and join our established team of 3, who work closely with the Recruitment Partners providing support with recruitment activities and providing onboarding administration for new starters and internal transfers to meet high volume requirements. We provide a first-rate applicant experience. Whilst this role is homebased you will be required on an ad hoc basis to travel for meetings in the West Midlands.
Duties will include:
• providing conditional offer letters, contracts and contract variations;
• adding new starters to our HR/payroll system;
• training hiring mangers on using our recruitment system, eArcu and eBulk;
• obtaining new starter references;• processing criminal record checks and acting as counter signatory.
About you
Previous in-house recruitment experience and use of an Applicant Tracking System is essential. Ideally you have a background as a counter signatory, processing DBS checks. You will be able to manage your own time, meeting deadlines and working in an accurate manner. Working in a highly customer focused way, you will respond to all queries professionally and to set timescales.
