Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic Online Aggregator Executive to manage and grow our presence across leading online marketplaces and food aggregators such as Amazon, Flipkart, Swiggy, Zomato, Blinkit, Zepto, etc.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing product listings, coordinating with aggregator account managers, driving sales growth, optimizing visibility, and ensuring smooth order processing and inventory management.
Key Responsibilities1. Platform Management
Manage brand accounts on multiple online aggregators and marketplaces
Upload and update product listings (images, descriptions, pricing, offers)
Ensure accurate product cataloging and content optimization
2. Sales & Performance Management
Monitor daily sales performance and platform analytics
Plan and execute promotional campaigns, discount strategies, and sponsored ads
Coordinate with internal sales and marketing teams to align online growth strategies
Achieve monthly sales targets through aggregator channels
3. Inventory & Order Management
Track inventory levels and coordinate replenishment
Ensure timely order processing and dispatch coordination
Minimize order cancellations and returns
4. Relationship Management
Maintain regular communication with aggregator account managers
Negotiate visibility placements and promotional opportunities
Resolve escalations related to pricing, penalties, or service issues
5. Reporting & Analysis
Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports
Analyze platform insights to improve conversion rate and visibility
Track ROI on ad spends and campaign performance
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong understanding of e-commerce and online aggregator operations
Experience in FMCG / Food / Confectionery preferred
Hands-on knowledge of marketplace dashboards
Analytical mindset with good Excel/reporting skills
Strong coordination and negotiation abilities
Ability to work with cross-functional teams
KPIs / Performance Metrics
Monthly sales growth on aggregator platforms
Listing accuracy & optimization score
Order fulfillment rate
Reduction in cancellation/return rate
ROI on promotional spends
