Responsibilities
Responsible for Online Bidding on Upwork, Guru, Fiverr, Freelancer etc.
Gathering and analyzing technical requirements from clients and based on requirements
Identify the right bids and write proposals
Experience with Drafting of proposals, Client interaction, Negotiation.
Ability to handle pressures of sales targets and work as per tight deadlines.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 6months to 2 years of experience in the same profile.
Requirements
Proven work experience as an Online Bidder or similar role in the IT industry.
Strong knowledge of online bidding platforms, such as Upwork, Freelancer, and Guru.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to write persuasive and professional proposals.
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Good understanding of various IT technologies and services.
