We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Online Bidder to join our dynamic team. As an Online Bidder for our Digital Marketing Services, you will be responsible for generating business leads, bidding on online platforms, and securing projects for our digital marketing services.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation and Prospecting:
• Identify potential clients through online platforms such as Upwork, and other relevant channels.
• Research and analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities in the digital marketing sector.
2. Proposal Development and Submission:
• Prepare and submit compelling proposals and bids in response to client requirements and project opportunities.
• Customize proposals to showcase our expertise, services, and value proposition to potential clients.
3. Client Communication and Relationship Management:
• Engage in ongoing communication with clients to understand their needs, address inquiries, and provide relevant information.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
4. Market Analysis and Strategy:
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify strategies for winning bids and maximizing success rates.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop effective strategies for online bidding and lead generation.
5. Project Coordination and Handover:
• Coordinate with the project management team to ensure seamless handover of projects won through online bidding.
• Provide necessary documentation and information to facilitate project initiation and execution.
Qualifications and Skills:
• o Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• o Proven minimum 4 Years of experience as an Online Bidder or similar role, preferably in the digital marketing industry. .
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to craft compelling proposals and bids that effectively communicate the value proposition.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
