Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, emails, and chat in a timely and professional manner.

Make outbound calls to follow up on inquiries, provide information, and promote services.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer interaction records using CRM tools.

• Required Skills and Qualifications:

Comfortable handling both inbound and outbound calls.
