About Online Legal Internship Opportunity At Pathak & Co.
• Role: Legal Researcher & Writer
• Vacancies: 02 (Two)
• Practice Areas:
• 1. Intellectual Property Rights (IPR): Focus on trademarks, copyright strategy, and brand protection.
• 2. General Corporate Law: Commercial advisory and regulatory research.
Key Responsibilities
• Scholarly Writing: Drafting high-quality articles, research papers, and blog posts for legal journals or firm publications.
• Deep-Dive Research: Conducting analytical research on evolving legal trends in IPR and corporate governance.
• Drafting: Assisting in the preparation of legal notes and commercial advisory summaries.
Eligibility Criteria
• Experience: Prior experience in legal writing is mandatory. This includes contributions to college journals, personal legal blogs, or published research papers.
• Skills: Strong drafting skills and the ability to work independently in a virtual environment.
• Aptitude: A preference for structured legal analysis over generic summaries.
