myUSTA is building the first serious digital marketplace for home services in Albania, connecting homeowners with trusted skilled tradespeople (“Ustas”).
Today finding a reliable plumber, electrician, or carpenter is still based on word-of-mouth, phone calls, and uncertainty.
We are changing that.
myUSTA is building the digital infrastructure for how home services will be discovered, trusted, and booked across Albania — and soon the Western Balkans.
We are early stage, fast-moving, and obsessed with growth.
This is not a corporate environment.
This is a build-from-zero opportunity.
The Role
We are looking for a Digital Marketing & Growth Specialist who loves building growth engines, not just running ads.
Your mission will be simple:
Grow the number of active tradespeople (Ustas) on the platform as fast and as efficiently as possible.
You will own the entire growth funnel:
Click → Registration → Activation → Active Usta
This role is hands-on execution, not strategy slides.
You will run:
📩 SMS campaigns
📧 Email marketing
💬 WhatsApp campaigns & automation
📱 Paid ads (Meta & Google)
📊 Growth experiments across the full funnel
Your success will be measured by one thing:
How many high-quality Ustas join and become active on myUSTA.
What You Will Be Responsible For
• Launching and managing SMS, email and WhatsApp acquisition campaigns
• Running and optimizing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns
• Continuously reducing Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
• Running A/B tests on messaging, creatives and targeting
• Analyzing conversion data across the funnel
• Working closely with product and growth teams
• Sharing weekly insights and performance reports
This role is about results, not activity.
What We Are Looking For
• 2+ years experience in digital marketing or performance marketing
• Strong experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads
• Experience using email marketing / CRM tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot etc.)
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to understand conversion funnels
• A builder mentality — you like testing, learning and iterating quickly
• Comfortable working in a startup environment
Bonus points if you have:
• Worked on marketplaces or apps
• Experience with growth experiments and rapid testing
