Position: Operations Executive
Responsibilities:
• Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned Domino's Pizza stores, ensuring adherence to company standards, policies, and procedures.
• Monitor store performance metrics and KPIs, analyze trends, and identify opportunities for improvement to drive operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct store visits and inspections to assess compliance with operational standards, food safety regulations, and sanitation requirements.
• Provide support and guidance to store managers and team members, including training, coaching, and performance feedback, to foster a high-performance culture.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, supply chain, and human resources, to support store initiatives and drive business growth.
• Address customer complaints and concerns promptly and effectively, demonstrating a commitment to resolving issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field. Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Proven experience in operations management roles, preferably in the retail or food service industry.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers, team members, and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu development, food preparation, and quality control.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to support store operations.
