Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and personable Client Relationship & Sales Executive to build strong relationships with both B2B and B2C customers. This role involves managing daily communication through WhatsApp and phone calls, sharing catalogs, taking orders, and consistently engaging customers with new and relevant designs. The candidate will also be responsible for maintaining customer records and submitting regular follow-up and tracking reports.
Key Responsibilities:
Communicate with B2B and B2C clients via WhatsApp and regular phone calls to provide personalized service.
Share product catalogs, style updates, and design suggestions based on customer profiles and interests.
Take orders directly via WhatsApp, confirm details, and coordinate with internal teams for order fulfillment.
Keep track of customer preferences, order history, and activity through organized records and tracking sheets.
Follow up regularly to convert inquiries into sales and encourage repeat purchases.
Ensure customers stay updated with our latest collections and receive design suggestions based on their past interests.
Maintain a clear schedule of follow-ups and create performance and engagement reports.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with wholesale (B2B) clients and retail (B2C) buyers alike.
Act as a brand representative for Katyals, providing a warm, trustworthy, and solution-oriented experience.
Requirements:
Experience in customer relationship management, tele sales, or WhatsApp-based client handling is preferred.
Familiarity with women’s Indian ethnic wear and fashion trends.
Strong communication and persuasion skills via phone and text.
Proficiency in using WhatsApp Business, Excel or Google Sheets, and basic CRM tools.
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage follow-ups without supervision.
Fluent in English and Hindi (additional regional languages a plus).
