Job description, work day and responsibilities
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Offline Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales through direct customer interaction via telecalling, email, and WhatsApp communication. You will play a critical role in following up with potential clients, closing deals, and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Telecalling:
Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce the company’s products and services.
Handle inbound calls from existing customers and address queries regarding product offerings.
Set up meetings or site visits for interested customers.
Email Communication:
Send personalized email pitches to prospective clients.
Respond to customer inquiries via email and follow up on previous communications.
Draft and send order confirmations, quotations, and promotional emails to customers.
WhatsApp Messaging:
Use WhatsApp as a communication tool to send order updates, product information, and promotional messages.
Respond to client queries and engage with them through WhatsApp for quicker and more informal communication.
Follow-ups:
Regularly follow up with prospective customers via phone, email, and WhatsApp to ensure engagement and close sales.
Keep track of all leads and their status, ensuring no lead goes cold.
Lead Management:
Maintain and update the lead database.
Track customer interactions and ensure timely follow-ups.
Sales Target Achievement:
Meet and exceed individual sales targets on a monthly or quarterly basis.
Actively participate in sales meetings and provide feedback on market trends, customer behavior, and opportunities for growth.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster repeat business.
Address customer complaints and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
Proven experience in telecalling, email marketing, and WhatsApp sales communication.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
Preferred Skills:
Prior experience in B2B or retail sales.
Familiarity with WhatsApp Business and email marketing tools.
Target-driven and result-oriented mindset.
