Job Title: Online Sales Executive – Pharmaceutical Exports
Location: Nagpur , Maharashtra
Department: International Sales / Exports
Industry: Pharmaceuticals
Experience: 2–5 years (preferred in pharma exports or online B2B sales)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Online Sales Executive to join our pharmaceutical export team. The role involves managing international client inquiries, closing online sales, maintaining B2B relationships, and driving revenue growth through digital platforms and marketplaces. The ideal candidate will have experience in pharmaceutical exports and a good understanding of regulatory compliance for international shipments.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to online inquiries from international clients through B2B portals.
Generate leads, pitch products, and convert opportunities into confirmed sales
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of pharmaceutical products, export documentation, and regulatory requirements
Coordinate with production, packaging, logistics, and regulatory teams to fulfill export orders
Build and manage relationships with international buyers, distributors, and agents
Maintain CRM systems, sales dashboards, and prepare regular reports
Conduct follow-ups with clients on quotations, payments, and dispatches
Assist in online marketing efforts including content updates, product listings, and categorizing products in their relevant groups on the relevant platforms.
Stay updated on international pharmaceutical trends, pricing, and competitor activity.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales/export (online B2B preferred)
Strong communication and negotiation skills (fluent in English; other foreign languages a plus)
Familiarity with export documentation (invoice, packing list, COA, COO, MSDS, etc.)
Experience with international trade regulations and INCOTERMS
Proficiency in MS Office (mandatory) and B2B portals (if not , will be trained by us ).
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of APIs, formulations, or nutraceuticals
Familiarity with global health authority standards (US FDA, WHO-GMP, etc.)
Basic understanding of digital marketing and e-commerce tools
