Job Title: E-commerce Sales Executive – Online Gifting Products

Job Summary:
We’re hiring a Sales & Business Development Executive to grow our online gifting business through client acquisition and strategic partnerships. The role involves B2B sales, lead generation, client relationship management, and market research. Ideal candidates have 1–4 years of experience in sales (preferably in e-commerce or lifestyle products), strong communication skills, and a passion for gifting. Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales of online gifting products through inbound and outbound customer engagement (calls, WhatsApp, emails, or live chat).
Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable gifting solutions.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business and referrals.
Coordinate with the operations and logistics team to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Stay updated with product offerings, promotions, trends, and competitor activities.
Gather customer feedback and suggest improvements to the product or customer journey.
Maintain CRM tools to log interactions, orders, and follow-ups.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in retail sales, e-commerce, or gifting industry preferred.
Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
Passionate about customer service and creative gifting ideas.
Target-oriented, energetic, and self-motivated.
Familiarity with CRM tools, e-commerce platforms, or online chat tools.
