Still I Rise is an international NGO with a humanitarian mission to provide protection and quality education to refugee and underprivileged youth. We are now opening our latest International School in Mumbai. Here, we will be passionately engaged in one of the world’s most ambitious, unique and exciting educational projects: to offer the very highest quality of schooling experience to some of the most disadvantaged children in the area, free of charge. We will provide the curricular and extracurricular opportunities usually only afforded to the wealthy, with high ambitions and a value-driven mindset. We intend that our graduates, who enter as beneficiaries, will leave as empowered leaders with a heart for changing their community and the world for the better.
• *We are now seeking brave, open-minded and determined Philosophy teacher to join our team. You will inspire, initially, 10-13 year olds in small, focused classes, following a demanding curriculum within an internationally-recognized pedagogical framework. You will skillfully utilise inquiry-based learning to allow the students to become the active leads of their own learning.**

• *KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Review and monitor the progress of all students and identify their individual learning needs. Differentiate instruction to meet those needs of the students, providing extra support to those students who are below grade level.
- Sensitively and appropriately provide trauma-informed pastoral care to our students. Handle urgent situations with consummate professionalism and in accordance with our Discipline Policy and Safeguarding Policy, utilising the school’s support network as necessary.
- Conduct regular and varied formative and summative assessments, recording and reporting grades and performance.
- Attend and participate actively in regular professional development activities.
- Help our school excel with your participation and leadership in community engagement, competitions, school trips and other activities.
- Contribute to the development and leadership of our extracurricular programmes.
- Under the supervision of the Education Officer, provide feedback on quality and wellbeing to ensure programmes are designed, implemented, monitored, and evaluated to maximise positive impact on vulnerable children.
• *ESSENTIAL CRITERIA**
- Demonstrate our 13 School values as a role model to the students we serve. Successful applicants will be ambitious, brave, caring, actively transparent, principled, open-minded, a thinker, reflective, risk-taking, inquiring, knowledgeable, a great communicator and balanced.
- Excellent written and oral English
- Academic or Professional teaching certificates;
- Completion of Background check;
- Bachelor’s degree in an area related to Mathematics or Education, or equivalent training and experience;
- At least two years of teaching experience;
- Competent ICT skills;
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills;
- Ability to mentor students on a daily basis;
- Resilience in a challenging and changing environment;
- The capacity to teach with a modern, inquiry-based method
- Determined team player
• *DESIRABLE CRITERIA**
- Experience teaching students at an early literacy level
- Experience teaching at International Schools
- Experience working with vulnerable populations

Crimson Global Academy is NZ's first online high school and we need your help to take our expansion global Our team is looking to bring on someone to support the growth of upcoming marketing initiatives. This role will be fast-paced, with a breadth of day-to-day activities and endless development opportunities.
This is a **f**ull-time position**, based in **Mumbai.**
The purpose of this role is to provide knowledge, guidance and support to the students globally by offering them Cambridge and Pearson Edexcel International, pre-GCSE, GCSE and A Level programme experience.
• *What are the main responsibilities for this role?**
- Teach one or more classes of students or 1:1 tutoring (as and when required)
- Collaborate with the Academic Dean and other teachers to develop and deliver a high quality curriculum
- Maintain a Canvas page for your course, including creating content, lesson plans and resources on Canvas as required.
- Maintain attendance records and actively work to ensure student attendance in lessons.
- Provide guidance to CGA on the coordination of curricula for quality control.
- Provide input on academic reports to families and communicate students’ progress.
- Design and implement rigorous assessments that evaluate student mastery of academic content
- Attend regular staff meetings
- Serve as an active and engaged member of the CGA community
- Support the creation of video content that can be used for educational purposes at CGA.
- Support marketing and sales activities as required, including speaking at marketing events and providing testimonials and other content.
• *What skills and experience are required?**
- A Bachelor’s degree is required; a Master’s degree preferred
- A minimum of two years’ teaching experience in an online, remote setting preferred
- Should have worked in international schools/private schools, or schools teaching GCSE and A Level curriculum

- The ability to focus and thrive in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment
