As an HR Manager at the Orion Group of Hotels, you will play a pivotal role in our growth and success. You will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment of hotel staff across various departments, including Front Office, Sales, Service, Housekeeping, and other related profiles. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in recruiting talent within the hospitality industry.
• Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and develop comprehensive recruitment strategies.
- Source, interview, and select qualified candidates for a wide range of hotel positions.
- Conduct orientation and onboarding processes for new hires.
- Develop and maintain effective recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and industry networks.
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer acceptance.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Handle employee relations and address any HR-related issues promptly and professionally.
• Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Proven experience in recruiting within the hospitality industry, preferably in hotels.
- Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong working relationships.
- Detail-oriented and organized with exceptional time management skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
