Job Title
A distinguished leader in the jewellery industry recruitment is sought for a position at a renowned jewellery manufacturer.
Key Responsibilities
• Maintain daily books of accounts in Tally.
• Prepare monthly MIS reports, including P&L, BS, Debtors, Creditors, and fund flow.
• Filing of GST (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-2B) and reconciliation.
• Submission of ITC-04 and annual return, as well as refund applications.
• Monthly TDS payments, quarterly returns, and issuance of Form 16/16A.
• Balance Sheet finalization and tax audit.
• Coordination with banks and employees on salary tax matters.
• Ensuring timely compliance of statutory payments and filings.
• Analysis of expenses for cost reduction.
• Verification and analysis of stock levels.
• Generation of e-invoices according to requirements.
• Coordination with vendors and resolving their queries.
Requirements
• 8 years of experience in the jewellery industry, preferably with export-related invoicing expertise.
• Complete knowledge of GST and TDS regulations.
• Proficiency in jewellery software and Stock Inventory management using Tally ERP +.
• Strong Excel skills and analytical abilities.
• A smart, self-motivated, and go-getter personality.
