For our current programs, the main need is Physical Design owning 3-4 blocks (1.5m- 5Mplaceable instances) with full ownership from gate-level netlist & STA constraints that includes taking it from pin placement, floor planning, power implementation, placement, clocking, timing closure (PTSI/StarRC), EMIR (Redhawk static & dynamic IR), chip-finishing w/base & metal fill, formal verification, & PV (LVS/DRC/ERC) highly experience with Synopsys EDA tools.
