The Onsite Facilities Manager will play a tangible role in delivering outcomes for EvolveFM and DCCEEW across the Tasmania property portfolio. You will grow and apply your knowledge of facilities management while working with a caring and curious team of professionals who encourage each other to share ideas and grow our knowledge. Key to this role will be the Collaboration

Main Duties
Build and maintain positive relationships with DCCEEW team members, landlords, onsite staff members and downstream contractors.
Asset Management.
Support the delivery of the Property Asset and Maintenance Plans/Schedules Facilities Management.
Oversee preventative, routine and reactive maintenance works in accordance with Property Asset and Maintenance Plans/Schedules.
Provide leadership, mentoring and support to other team members.
Work collaboratively with team members and stakeholders to problem solve, identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities, and deliver positive outcomes.
Experience
Qualifications in Facilities Management or Property Trade Qualification, Or significant experience in the property maintenance sector.
Experience in Facilities Management
Track record of managing preventative, routine and reactive maintenance works in accordance with Property Asset and Maintenance Plans/Schedules.
Engagement and management of contractors and service providers to complete maintenance requirements. Proven ability to develop and maintain strong and positive professional relationships with all stakeholders.
Good technical knowledge of property facilities management, within a critical infrastructure environment an advantage, and experience with the delivery of Planned Preventative Maintenance requirements.
Excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills.

Pay: $110,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year
