Skills : Product Owner/Business Analyst (Must have experience in Property and casualty insurance) Exp: 6 to 8 years Location: Noida / Mumbai / Pune / Bangalore (Hybrid) Notice period- Immediate to 30 Days Joiner Education: A bachelor s degree in Business, Information Systems, Economics, Engineering, or related field is preferred. MBA is desirable. 2. A background of product management role(s), preferably in the software industry. 3. Candidate is expected to be highly self-directed in identifying and prioritizing personal deliverables in order to meet internal and external commitments. 4. Expertise in owning business case, research, needs validation, sizing, requirements, positioning, and pricing strategies for a product. 5. Must have demonstrated excellent business judgment and strategic aptitude. 6. Experience conducting market research and... identifying business development opportunities required. 7. The ability to interact and form trusting relationships with internal and external customers from a variety of background and experiences. 8. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with attention and focus on details. +. Ability to lead, negotiate, persuade, and compromise. 10. Superior written communication and presentation skills required. 11. Experience working with sales and service in a software organization. 12. Experience in Agile software development environment preferred. 13. Technical software/programming experience is a plus.
