Roles and Responsibilities
Execution of end-to-end HR Operations strategy for employees including HR MIS, employee database reports, Exit management, and HR dashboards
Ensure adequate and recommend best practices for hiring to retire HR processes
Manage the HR Information System (HRIS) to ensure timely and accurate updating of employee data
Conduct exit interviews and drive the employee exit process and tasks associated with it
Manage the employee letters and communication
Should display the highest level of work ethic and integrity
Drive employee well-being and engagement initiatives. Conduct an employee connect program with the aim to reduce attrition and increase employee satisfaction levels
Develop, Implement and Manage employee retention, relations, counseling, and orientation programs.
Desired Candidate Profile
Proven work experience of a minimum of 3 - 6 years in HR Operations
Strong working experience with Workday
Familiarity with HRIS and Employee Engagement Initiatives
Qualification preferably MBA in Human Resource.
