“Business Planning, finalizing the legal structure of the business, Govt Licenses/Permits, Legal
compliance, financial structure & Integration of right technology to operate the business”. These
prerequisites act as a seed for an organization to grow successfully. These are the basic
mandatory requirements a business must follow, in order to sustain in the current competitive
environment. Our goal is to help entrepreneurs in managing these most important business
requirements, at an affordable price for better growth, compliance, and sustainability.
Responsibilities:
File application to the Pollution control board (PCB) for obtaining the NOC for different
industries types like Food Industry, Manufacturing industries, etc.
Dealing with CPCB, and PCB.
Keep records that document compliance.
Knowledge of Environmental Impact Assessment
Understand the CPCB policies for environmental aspects, policies
Appraise the environmental risks and impacts associated projects against.
Develop, recommend and monitor courses of action based on reviews to the client site
and suggest required steps to control air water and noise pollution.
Contribute to knowledge base on environmental and social aspects
