Job Responsibilities
● Plan and implement distribution and operations for multiple brands running in our
portfolio.
● Manage and analyse stock movement across multiple channels.
● Shipment planning and on time fulfilment with different channels.
● Generating invoices in compliance with financial rules and regulations
● Order related data analysis for different channels.
● Coordinate with different stakeholders (courier partners, transporters etc) for
requirements and resolving queries in case of any discrepancies.
● Manage daily order planning and allocation.
● Coordinate with the warehouse team for training and order planning.
● Managing and resolving operational queries on different channels- amazon, flipkart,
nykaa, website etc.
● Checking all the invoices raised by the courier partners for discrepancies and weight
issues and resolving it with the relevant stakeholders.
● Analysing the commission for different marketplaces and resolving any commission
related discrepancies
