We at MFC is looking for a reliable operations associate to support the operations manager with the management of the day-to-day business. The operations associate's responsibilities include performing administrative tasks, assisting other company departments as needed, and ensuring smooth daily operations.
A successful operations associate should be highly organized and have a versatile skill set to support a variety of different business functions with a diverse range of tasks.
Roles and Responsibility
· The primary role of an Operations Executive is reviewing existing processes, identifying inefficiencies and suggesting improvements to manage and optimize the company’s processes.
· Operations Executives are often responsible for managing resources to ensure that they are used efficiently to meet production targets. It also includes time management.
· They oversee the logistics and supply chain involves coordinating with various departments and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of products or services.
· Operations Executives often manage a team, which involves tasks like scheduling tasks, assigning responsibilities, and performance evaluation.
· They often have a role in budget preparation and oversight, ensuring that operations are conducted within the financial constraints of the organization.
· Analyzing operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement is often part of the role. They may also be responsible for reporting these findings to senior management.
· Making sure that the relationship with the client, suppliers, and vendors stays positive
· Manage data through a combination of data mining, modelling, analysis, cost-benefit analysis, process mapping and/or problem analysis to support data management initiatives.
· Support Sales by managing customer orders, document creation, logistics planning and execution, and shipment tracking.
· Create Documentation, coordinate with logistics and warehouse, track shipment and inform customers for sales orders.
· Invoice Submission/Upload to Clients
Requirements
• Having a bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Prior experience working in a managerial role.
• Knowledgeable in strategic planning and project management.
• Excellent communication Written and Verbal Skills.
• Having experience in preparing financial reports.
• Good with Ms Office.
• MIS & Data mining and initiative for improvement within system & process.
• The Current filed should be in logistics.
• Ability to work under pressure.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
