Job Description
• Initiate and manage transactions, which includes supporting final documentation, Invoicing, collecting payments, and keeping data for each account under supervision.
• Accountable for timely capitalisation of assets.
• Provide financial analysis and insights to help with lease decision-making.
• Be accountable for customer service needs on an ongoing basis and ensuring that each customer has the greatest possible customer experience.
• Reconcile accounts to guarantee accuracy and completeness, finding and resolving inconsistencies when they arise.
• Manage client financial transactions, such as Invoicing, Collections, and Taxes, while responding to requests and concerns in a professional and accurate manner.
• Maintain accurate and well-organized financial records and documents, making them easily accessible for reference and audit reasons.
• Create reports, statements, and analysis that give insights into the financial performance of account-specific leasing risks.
• Coordinate with other internal teams to ensure that our leasing product terms provide the best possible customer experience.
