VishCabs is hiring a reliable and enthusiastic Operations Supervisor to manage daily transport activities, coordinate with drivers, and ensure smooth execution of cab services. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, be fluent in Kannada, Hindi, and English, and be eager to learn and grow in a dynamic work environment. Responsibilities include handling trip schedules, maintaining trip sheets, addressing on-ground issues, and ensuring timely service delivery. Prior experience in transport operations is a plus, but freshers with strong commitment and a learning attitude are also welcome.
