Role Description:
This is a full-time/part-time/ internship on-site role for operation management. As an operations executive, you will be doing OTA listing (listing of hotels on all OTAs like MMT, Goibibo, Agoda, etc.), content management, customer support, raising invoices, and working on customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
• Operational Skills and problem-solving abilities
• Willingness to learn
• Excellent Communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Any graduate can apply (Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field is a plus
