Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Specialist based in New Delhi. The Operations Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day activities that ensure smooth functioning of project operations and coordination with the sales and client servicing team. This includes activities ranging from coordination and communication with various internal departments to maintaining a comprehensive daily project status report, ensuring timely project delivery, and problem resolution.
Qualifications
Strong analytical. and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Sound knowledge of operations and project management techniques
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Proven experience in sales or client servicing, with an understanding of the sales cycle
Bachelor's or Masters degree in a relevant discipline
Experience in the market research or consulting industry is a plus,
