Job Description
• Performs daily operation-specific duties that directly relate to Managed chains.
• Resolve or appropriately escalate partner inquiries within the chains & OMG team (emails, tickets etc).
• Ensure Service Level Agreements performance and account satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain partner relationships with direct account stakeholders.
• Proactively communicate operational updates to internal and external contacts.
• Understands and educates stakeholders on operational procedures to support partner impact.
• Processing of all the operational tasks (system changes).
• Administration of creating individual and group account logins
• Execution of all operational processes and projects of Managed chains
• Regularly communicate with Outbound Executives on chains new hotel openings and ensure the opening time is maintained
• Execution of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s)
• Processing Tax, Content, Room & Rate updates, audits
• Creation and configurations of promotions in-line with global processes
• Daily execution of Managed chain properties termination
• Regular maintenance and management of the various Global Accounts Team tracking documents
• Weekly & Monthly Running of Property Status Reports.
• Assist with connectivity mapping Troubleshooting
• Processing Property Name changes
• Implementation of policy overrides for chains without central uploading procedure
We are looking for an individual with the following skills and experience:
• Ability to prioritize workload efficiently within a fast pace, time sensitive and results oriented environment,
• Demonstrated willingness to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
• Process Driven & Task oriented
• At least 2 years of operational support or similar, experience required
• Demonstrates advanced computer skills including MS Office (Word, Outlook and PowerPoint), G Suite, various related systems, specifically in depth knowledge of MS Office Excel and Google Sheets
• Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.
• Strong and effective written and verbal communication skills
• Strong Time management and organizational skills
• Demonstrates a high attention to detail and accuracy
• Pro-active with a get-things-done mentality
• Ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision
• Team player, with supportive and helping attitude towards team members
• Business proficient in English, Hindi
