Resident Facility Manager (RFM) - Job Description
• Designation: Resident Facility Manager (RFM)
• Location: Navi Mumbai (can be posted elsewhere as per company requirements)
• Compensation: Fixed Salary (Monthly) + Performance Bonus (Half-Yearly) + Paid Accommodation & Food
• Duty Timings: In-house property manager role (throughout with peak hours and off-peak hours during day)
• Rotation Opportunity: Company-level role (not just one property); opportunity given to shift across properties
• Leave Policy : To be availed periodically (not a weekly off format)
• Growth: Opportunity to grow over time, with extra responsibilities, cluster management and supervisory roles
• Major Responsibilities:
• Property Management (act as the assigned property’s in-charge and POC for all matters related to it)
• Housekeeping Supervision (roaster management, materials oversight, quality control)
• Repairs & Maintenance Facilitation (property audits, issue escalation, assist with closure)
• F&B Oversight (quality checks, presentation, vendor management)
• Business Support (assist with rent collections, resident move-in & move-out management, etc)
• Sales Visits Facilitation (assisting clients with property visits to maximize sales)
• Tenant Management (ensuring pleasant resident experience, stay guidelines and issue-handling)
