Who can apply
1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 29th Aug'22 and 3rd Oct'22
3. are available for duration of 6 months
4. have relevant skills and interests
Responsibilities include:
1. Handling the entire bookkeeping process, including all the month and year-end journal entries
2. Working on the compilation and preparation of monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statements for in-house use and accounting firms for year-end tax purposes, and statutory reporting such as payroll tax, BAS, GST, and decision-making
3. Maintaining employee records, including but not limited to hours, salary, mileage, personal time off, etc.
4. Processing weekly, fortnightly, and monthly payroll to all employees and filing all payroll taxes and forms monthly, quarterly, and yearly as required by statutory laws whilst maintaining payroll files and reports
5. Managing time-slip programs including but not limited to reviewing and downloading time, checking for accuracy, and proofing/editing as needed
6. Maintaining the program and updating as needed
7. Maintaining all client accounts of the time, billings, and payments
8. Working on a collection of accounts receivable when necessary
9. Preparing all client invoices, vendor payments, subcontractor invoices, and payments for the management team's approval
10. Preparing all reports related to management requests
11. Handling operational duties in terms of office management, research, policies, analytical research, and executive administration duties to the MD
