Position Overview:

We are in search of a dedicated and enthusiastic Operations Executive to become a key member of our team. This internship offers a fantastic opportunity to gain practical experience across various company processes. The selected candidate will work closely with the operations team to support daily tasks and enhance the organisation's overall efficacy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in acquiring new clients by supporting lead utilisation and learning sales techniques.
Conduct outbound calls to leads generated by campaigns and follow up on their inquiries.
Manage day-to-day assigned operations tasks to ensure smooth delivery.
Collaborate cross-functionally to complete assigned tasks and goals which would also include work related to sales and marketing.
Assist the management team in developing and implementing operational initiatives.
Requirements:

Graduate or final year results awaited.
Some sales-related experience or coursework (preferred).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint in the Microsoft Office Suite.
