What You’ll Do
Administrative Support
Help manage and organize the company's emails
Track follow-ups, reminders, and action items
Book meetings and calls with suppliers and partners
Maintain simple task lists so nothing is missed
Organization & Documentation
Organize business documents (lab reports, product specs, contracts)
Keep digital folders clean, labeled, and easy to navigate
Maintain checklists and trackers for recurring operational tasks
Inventory & Production Tracking
Update simple inventory and production trackers
Monitor stock levels and flag low inventory
Track production timelines and delivery dates
Follow up with suppliers to confirm schedules and shipments
This Role Is a Good Fit If You:
Have experience as an assistant, coordinator, or admin
Are highly organized and detail-oriented

Are comfortable learning new systems
Requirements
Strong organizational and communication skills
Comfortable using Google Workspace and spreadsheets
Proactive and reliable
Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Compensation & Growth
Salary: $45,000–$60,000 CAD
