As an Operations Assistant based in Plymouth (PL4 0RW) you’ll be responsible for:
• Assisting customers at the trade counter, providing prompt and efficient service while building strong relationships.
• Carrying out general warehouse tasks, including booking in stock, putting deliveries away into designated locations and maintaining high standards within the warehouse.
• Picking and packing customer orders with accuracy and efficiency.
• Responding to customer calls via phone and email

This is a permanent, full-time position working 40 hours of work per week, Monday to Friday, with 8-hour shifts. Shift times will vary between 7am and 6pm.

• Confidence in interacting with customers and providing exceptional service
• Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not essential
• A great team player with the initiative to excel in this varied position, successfully handling a range of responsibilities within the branch.
