Job Description
Conduct in-depth title searches using various resources, including internal databases,
government websites (e.g., IGRS websites, revenue records, court records etc.) and other
relevant sources.
Analyze and interpret search results to identify any potential title issues, standing charges
against the property or the borrowers or other relevant information.
Accurately document all findings and research conducted in a clear, concise, and
organized manner within the specified reporting format.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly production targets and deadlines for completing the title
searches.
Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail to ensure the quality and
Reliability of title reports.
Stay updated on relevant legal and regulatory changes impacting title searches.
Collaborate with other team members and departments as needed to resolve any issues or
questions.
