We are a well-funded B2B travel tech startup. We have raised ~USD 5 mn Pre Series A investment round despite the global pandemic and are looking to grow our Product & Tech team. We are growing rapidly. We have crossed our pre-covid numbers. We want to become the world’s biggest B2B travel company by enabling over million travel agents, travel entrepreneurs and influencers to grow their business, and achieving Annualized GMV of $10 billion by 2026.

• Ashish- Cofounder, leads technology, Ex CTO Cars24, CTO FabFurnish, Gaadi.
• Arun- Cofounder, leads product, Ex Cars24, TravelTriangle, TripFactory, IIM Bangalore.
• Chirag- Cofounder, leads business, Ex Oyo, TravelTriangle, IIM Ahmedabad, IIT Roorkee.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Completing all bookings and flight operations-related work including cancellations, refunds, etc
• Coordination with suppliers to ensure timely revert on quotes and booking details such as vouchers, confirmations, etc
• Coordinate with customers and vendors to ensure timely delivery
• Manage feedback and escalations from customers and vendors.
• Ensure customer delight.
• Demonstrate multitasking abilities
Desired Candidate Profile
• Has prior experience in working Night Shifts (experience in flight ticketing will be preferred)
• Ethical, hardworking, and 'passionate about startups' mindset
• Excellent structured problem-solving ability
• Good understanding of different business verticals
• Disciplined & Process Oriented
• Presence of Mind
• Willing to learn more
Additional Details
• Office Location - Connaught Place, Delhi. The day shift will be from the office whereas the night shift will be work from home.
• Alternate months day and night shifts.
• Work Timings - +:30 AM till work gets over for the day shift and 12 AM till work gets over for the night shift.
• Flight ticketing experience preferred
