About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated, adaptable, and organized individual to join our team in a hybrid role that combines:
Operations & administration
Customer support / concierge services
Basic social media & marketing support
Team coordination and growth support

What You’ll Be Doing
Help administer and manage internal software systems, including:
CRM platforms
Phone systems
Internal business tools and software
Learn our systems and help support/train team members on how to use them
Provide customer service and concierge support to our clients
Assist with posting social media content and basic marketing initiatives
Support internal operations and help improve processes
Work closely with leadership to help build organized systems as the company grows
Help onboard and support future team members as we expand
What We’re Looking For
Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
Must be based in Winnipeg and able to work in person
Comfortable learning new software and technology platforms
Organized, dependable, and proactive
Team player with a positive attitude
Self-starter who can adapt in a startup environment
Someone who enjoys helping others and solving problems
Ability to multitask and handle a variety of responsibilities
Bonus Skills (Not Required)
CRM or software administration experience
Customer service or concierge experience
Social media or digital marketing experience
Experience training or supporting team members
