Thompson’s continuum of care encompasses three domains: prevention, mental health services and foster care. What will you do as a Operations Director for Prevention Services?
• As an Operations Director for Prevention Services in the Prevention Services department, you will lead a team of leaders who head up programs such as Friends of the Children, Family Education, High Fidelity Wrap, School based case management and early childhood education.
• A typical day as an Operations Director for Prevention Services will include holding leaders accountable to programmatic excellence such as meeting program impact, coaching leaders for culture, must be data driven.
