Key Responsibilities:
Identify process inefficiencies and drive continuous improvements
Analyze data and present actionable insights to stakeholders
Create process maps and ensure process standardization
Collaborate with cross-functional teams
Lead process improvement projects end-to-end
Track KPIs and ensure sustainable results
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Degree in Business, Operations, or a related field
Experience in Process Improvement / Operational Excellence
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Excel
