The BD Executive responsibilities include performing BD tasks, assisting other company departments as needed, and ensuring smooth daily operations. Roles and Responsibilities: Ø Identify potential clients in the target market and complete appropriate research on the prospective client’s business and equipment needs. Ø Develop relationships with prospective clients while maintaining existing client relationships. Ø Partner with sales teams to create contract-winning proposals for current and prospective clients. Ø Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate terms to stakeholders. Ø Collaborate with Operation teams to ensure contracted product specifications are executed on time and as agreed. Ø Become a subject matter expert on our business products, processes and operations, and remain up-to-date on industry news. The must-haves: Ø Strong analysis and interpretation skills Ø Ability to plan in the best manner and excellent execution skills Ø Excellent account management/process management skills Ø Excellent brand management skills Ø Willingness to learn and enhance own development by taking responsibility for staying informed and up to date with industry knowledge The Good to haves: Ø Well-developed communication skills, both verbal and written. Ø Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple tasks within the constraints of timelines Ø Ability to establish successful working relationships. Ø A self-starter attitude and should be able to motivate others to improve their quality of work
