Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Operations Executive who will be responsible for managing consumer campaigns while supporting our operational activities. This entry-level role requires excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in coordinating consumer campaigns and ensuring smooth operational processes.

Responsibilities:

Consumer Campaign Management:

Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to understand campaign objectives, target audience, and key messages.

Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring consumer campaigns across various channels (e.g., digital, social media, email, events).

Coordinate campaign logistics, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.

Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing regular reports and recommendations for optimization.

Support the creation of marketing collateral and promotional materials for consumer campaigns.

Conduct post-campaign analysis to evaluate effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

Operations Support:

Support inventory management, procurement, and vendor relationships to ensure timely availability of products and services.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operational processes and improve communication.

Contribute to the analysis of operational performance metrics, identifying opportunities for efficiency enhancements.

Customer Support:

Provide support to the customers by taking incoming calls, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution of customer inquiries and concerns.

Assist in analyzing customer feedback and data to identify trends and opportunities for improving customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, operations management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Previous experience in marketing, campaign management, operations, or customer support is a plus but not required.

Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey information to team members and external stakeholders.

Proficiency in using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with campaign management tools is a plus.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build positive relationships with colleagues.

Demonstrated problem-solving skills with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.

High level of adaptability, flexibility, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
