• To manage the operations & communication within regional chapters and communication with the respective directors.
• Ensuring excellent membership experience.
• To be accountable for compliance with regards to the membership and collections
• Accountable for the community culture to ensure positive experiences for members and guests.
• Implementation and monitoring of systems and processes to ensure consistency.
• Identification of the critical matter and implement smooth process to resolve the issue
