Operations Executive

Overview: This role entails working closely with the founding team and taking responsibility of day-to-day operations. We are looking for a young, energetic individual who wants to work for a growing startup and is passionate about making a difference. This person should have good Excel skills, communication skills and be comfortable working around people and data. This role would involve building and managing a team in the future as well. Core responsibilities: • Creating reports on excel. • Managing school students (8th class), sending them reports, doing periodic check-ins with students and parents to get feedback. • Managing alerts generated everyday by the system. Highlighting any issues faced by the students while using our platform and resolving them daily. • Managing content, ensuring daily delivery of content by coordinating with the content team. Ensuring quality. • Ensuring overall smooth running of operations. • Managing other interns and team members. What this role entails: · This role involves a lot of multi-tasking and effective time management. · You must know how to use Google Spreadsheet / Microsoft Excel · Must be flexible in working hours and be result oriented · Be detail oriented and be comfortable around data · Be comfortable working with people placed remotely · Be able to communicate and coordinate well with team mates Salary: The compensation will be as per the market standards Past experience: 1-3 years Type of role: Full time Location: We are flexible on the location, but preferable is Pune or Mumbai or be willing to relocate
